Buying an air fryer? Quarts are the wrong number
An air fryer crisps food that sits in one layer with hot air moving around it. Quarts measure the whole basket, floor to rim. So a tall 6 quart basket and a wide 6 quart basket hold very different dinners. The number that matters is the floor, in square inches, and most listings leave it out.
